Sendero Resources Announces Update on Historic RSU Grant
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / January 24, 2025 / Sendero Resources Corp. (TSXV:SEND) (the "Company" or "Sendero") The Company announces that certain previously issued shares have been placed in escrow. On June 4, 2024, the Company granted 350,000 restricted share units (RSUs) on a post-consolidated basis to former directors and officers of the Company, which were deemed to have been vested effective July 31, 2024. The TSXV has stipulated that those shares either be returned to treasury or be placed into escrow on terms equivalent to the original vesting restrictions.
The shares have been placed in escrow with Odyssey Trust Company to be released as to 25,000 shares on June 4, 2025, 205,000 shares on June 5, 2025, 60,000 shares on December 5, 2025 and the balance of 60,000 shares on June 5, 2026.
